Logic Electronic Components Ltd After 21 years of successful trading, and 17 years of partnership, "Logic Electronic Components Ltd" have fully merged with "Jauch Quartz GmbH" of Germany. The Company will trade as "Jauch Quartz U.K Ltd" as from 1st January 2008 The successful transfer of the shares will mean that "Logic Electronic Components Ltd" will now have access to a broader range of products and will be able to offer products not only on a local basis, but also a global basis as "Jauch" is represented in over 30 countries world-wide employing over 1500 staff. "Jauch" has also made a commitment to support and continue to promote our Three main Franchises, of Jianghai, NIC and Wearnes Cambion. In addition to these main Manufacturers, we also now have access to other products from Sony, Renata, Power One, Omnicell, Varta and Panasonic for Battery Products and JST, Lumberg, Harting, Odu, Conec, IMS Connector Systems, and CviLUX for Connector Products Other product agreements are for CDIL,(Transistors-Diodes) Royalohm(Resistive) and Bi-Sonic(AC/DC Cooling Fans)
